Dar es Salaam Delivery: Enjoy same-day delivery within Dar es Salaam! We strive to fulfill your order in just 1-2 hours, depending on item availability.
Outside Dar es Salaam: Orders will be dispatched to your selected courier or transporter within 1-2 hours, also subject to item availability.
Delivery Schedule
- Operating Days: We operate Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays and weekends. Orders placed on non-working days will be processed the next working day.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

What if My Item Arrives Damaged?
All products are thoroughly tested before delivery, and we provide a video showing their condition prior to shipping.
If your item is damaged upon arrival, please address this with the transporter, as they are responsible for the delivery.
Please note that most transporters in Tanzania do not offer guarantees.
If you’d like a guarantee for safe delivery, please contact us, and we can arrange services with reliable courier companies like DHL, EMS etc.
