π Installation service is available in Dar Es Salaam region only. Our Team is available Monday to Saturday during Business Hours.Β

Basic installation for washing machines, dryers, and dishwashers is FREE when connecting to existing water and power points.
β οΈ Plumbing work is not included. Any new pipes, taps, or drainage must be arranged by the customer with their own plumber..
β‘ Cooker installation is not included and must be arranged by the customer with their own qualified electrician.
TV Installation
π Installation service is available in Dar Es Salaam region only. Our Team is available Monday to Saturday during Business Hours.Β
Installation is charged separately.
We only provide installation services for products purchased from us. Available installation options can be viewed directly on the product page before checkout.
AC Installation

AC installation is not FREE.
Please request the technicianβs contact details. The technician will visit your location, carry out a site survey, and provide an installation quote.
AC purchase and installation are separate services.
After delivery, the remaining product balance must be fully paid. Installation charges are paid directly to the technician after the installation work is completed.
Kindly note that product payment and installation payment must not be combined, as they are handled by two separate departments.

Delivery Inspection Policy
Customers must inspect all items at the time of delivery or pickup. By signing the delivery note, you confirm that the items are brand new, in good working condition, and exactly what you ordered.
π‘ If Your Item Arrives Damaged
- All products are checked and tested before dispatch, with video proof provided.
- If damage occurs, report it immediately to the transporter and inform us for review.
Missed Delivery / ReschedulingΒ
If you place an order with delivery, you must be reachable on the scheduled delivery day. If payment cannot be completed or the delivery is rescheduled due to unavailability, a rescheduling fee will apply for the next delivery attempt.
