Clear information about delivery locations, payment methods, pickup, installation and what to do when your order arrives.

🚚 Delivery by Location
Same-day delivery in Dar Es Salaam
- Orders are normally delivered on the same working day, subject to stock, location and delivery capacity.
- Typical delivery estimate: 1–3 hours after payment confirmation and order processing, where feasible.
- Free delivery is available for eligible delivery addresses within 30 km of our Kariakoo Showroom, subject to order eligibility and delivery access. For addresses beyond 30 km, confirm any delivery charge before payment.
- Full payment must be confirmed before delivery is dispatched.
Delivery to other regions of mainland Tanzania
- We arrange dispatch through an agreed courier or transporter after full payment is confirmed.
- Dispatch to the transporter may be arranged within approximately 1–3 working hours where feasible.
- Allow approximately 2–7 days for regional transportation, depending on route and transporter schedules. This is an estimate, not a guarantee.
- Transporters may wait until vehicles are fully loaded. Goods are generally collected from the agreed transporter's office or drop-off point, not delivered to your home.
- Delivery charges apply to all orders sent to other regions. We will confirm the transporter charge and any additional handling or onward-delivery fees before payment.
- Faster bus delivery may be available on suitable routes, often around 1–2 days, at an additional charge.
Delivery estimates depend on business hours, traffic, weather, stock availability and third-party transporters.

📱 Mobile Money
Pay using the official mobile money details provided by our team or approved checkout.
🏦 Bank Transfer
Pay to our verified business bank account using the official instructions.
💳 Debit / Credit Card
Card payment is available at the Showroom & in Dar Es Salaam Only.
🏬 Pay & Collect at Store
Pay at our Kariakoo Showroom before collecting your order. You may arrange for an authorized representative to collect.
Do not send money to unverified personal accounts. Contact our Official number if you are unsure about payment instructions.
📦 How Your Order Is Processed
Choose your products and delivery or pickup option.
Verify stock, location, delivery eligibility and any charges.
Pay using an approved method and await confirmation.
Inspect your order and complete delivery documentation.
🏬 Showroom Pickup
Choose Pick Up at checkout, where available, and wait for confirmation that your order is ready. Collection is available during working hours at our showroom on Uhuru Street, Kariakoo, Dar Es Salaam, Next to Equity Bank.
Bring your order confirmation and identification where requested. A representative may collect on your behalf subject to verification.
🛠️ Installation Services
Product delivery and installation are separate services unless the product page or a written promotion expressly includes installation.
Televisions
TV installation is generally charged separately. Confirm bracket requirements and installation costs before booking.
Air Conditioners
AC installation is not free. A technician may need to assess the site and provide a separate quotation. Accessories and additional materials may cost extra.
Washing Machines & Dryers
Confirm installation availability and charges before purchase. Plumbing, new connections and electrical modifications are not included unless explicitly stated.
Cookers & Other Appliances
Specialist installation may require a qualified technician or electrician and is not automatically included with delivery.
🛡️ Product Inspection & Damage Reporting
- Products are checked before dispatch where applicable, and pre-dispatch video evidence may be provided.
- Inspect the product, packaging, model and quantity when you receive or collect your order.
- For visible damage, inform the delivery team or transporter immediately and contact Hisense Showroom Tanzania. Take clear photographs and retain the packaging.
- Sign the delivery note only after reviewing the information and noting any visible issues. Keep a copy of your documents.
- If concealed damage or a functional fault is discovered later, contact us promptly with your receipt, order details and supporting evidence for review under applicable policies and law.
🗓️ Order Processing & Working Hours
Orders are processed Monday to Saturday during business hours. Sundays and public holidays are closed. Orders received outside working hours are generally handled on the next working day.
Showroom hours: Monday–Thursday 8:30 AM–5:00 PM; Friday 8:30 AM–12:00 PM and 2:30 PM–5:00 PM; Saturday 8:30 AM–3:00 PM.
❓ Frequently Asked Questions
Can I pay after the product arrives?
No. Full payment is required before dispatch. Customers collecting from the showroom can pay at the store before collection.
Is delivery free across Tanzania?
Free delivery applies to eligible Dar es Salaam addresses within 30 km of our Kariakoo showroom. Charges may apply beyond 30 km. Delivery to other regions is charged separately. We do not deliver to Zanzibar.
Will you deliver to my home outside Dar es Salaam?
Regional orders are generally delivered to an agreed transporter office or collection point. Any onward or home delivery must be arranged and quoted separately.
Can I receive my order faster by bus?
Bus transport may be arranged on eligible routes for an additional fee. Availability and timing depend on the transport operator.
Do you deliver washing machines and dryers to other regions?
Fully automatic washing machines and dryers are restricted to Dar es Salaam delivery. Please confirm eligibility for other large appliances before ordering.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
Document the issue, report visible damage to the transporter immediately and contact our support team with photos and your order details.
