How do I avoid counterfeit products?
Buy directly from Hisense Showroom Tanzania for 100% genuine products with official Tanzania warranty support.
If an item is proven counterfeit, you will receive a refund.
🛡 Do your products come with warranty?
Yes. All Hisense products purchased from our official showroom include a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty from the date of purchase.
A warranty card is included with every purchase.
Will I receive a receipt and warranty card?
Yes.
- Dar es Salaam: Our delivery team will provide your receipt and warranty card (if applicable).
- Other regions: Your transporter/courier receives the documents inside the package.
A receipt is your right by law.
How do I place my order and track it?

After dispatch, you will receive email updates. You can also track progress from your order email and account history.
Are some products unavailable after I order?
Very rarely, a product may be unavailable. If this happens, we will contact you to suggest a similar item or process a full refund.
Can an order be cancelled by the store?
Hisense Showroom Tanzania may cancel an order after payment if stock is unavailable or if delivery to a location is unsafe for our staff or property.
We will contact you if this occurs.
Can I change my shipping address after checkout?
Yes. Contact customer service to update your address before your order is dispatched.

Yes. Our sales team can guide you via WhatsApp or phone.
How long will delivery take?
Dar es Salaam: Most orders are delivered same day or within 1–3 business days depending on location and time of order.
Other regions: Orders are handed to your chosen transporter/courier within 1–3 business hours after full payment (during working hours). Transit times vary by location, typically 3–5 days.

We deliver to most areas in Dar es Salaam. Same-day delivery is available.

📍 Do you deliver to other regions in Tanzania?
Yes. Orders to other regions are handed over to the transporter/courier within 1–3 business hours after full payment (during working hours).

🚨 What should I do if my product is damaged on delivery outside Dar es Salaam?
All items are tested before dispatch, and we keep photo/video proof before shipping.
If your product arrives damaged:
- 📝 Report it to the transporter immediately at delivery.
- 📸 Take clear photos or a short video immediately.
- 📞 Contact our support team on the same day of delivery so we can guide you quickly.
Optional: For added protection, we can arrange reliable couriers like DHL or EMS at an extra cost.
🚨 What should I do if my product is damaged on delivery within Dar es Salaam?
All items are tested before dispatch, and we keep photo/video proof before delivery.
If your product arrives damaged:
- ✍️ Do not sign the delivery note.
- 📞 Contact us immediately and we will assist you.

How do I make the payment?
You can pay before delivery by Mobile Money or Bank Transfer. In Dar es Salaam, Pay on Delivery is available.
Offline (in person): Cash, Click & Collect, Mobile Money (Simu Pesa).
Online: Visa/Mastercard (where available), Mobile Money (Simu Pesa).

🔁 Can I return or exchange my order if I change my mind?
We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
Please confirm your choice before placing your order.

Do you offer discounts or special prices?
Prices are fixed to keep them fair for everyone.
As the authorized distributor, you get genuine products at affordable prices.
Do you run special offers or deals?
Yes. We post offers during holidays and key dates such as Easter, Saba Saba, Nane Nane, Christmas, and public holidays.
🏬 Can I pick up my order?
Yes. Choose “Pick Up” at checkout to collect from our Dar es Salaam showroom during business hours.

🎁 Do the products include extra accessories?
Standard accessories (for example, remotes and user manuals) are included.
Some items may include complimentary extras (for example, TV guards or fridge guards). Please check each product description for what’s included.
🧰 How can I get installation support?
Our team is available Monday to Saturday during business hours.
- ✅ Basic installation for washing machines, dryers, and dishwashers is FREE when connecting to existing water and power points.
- ⚠️ Plumbing work is not included. Any new pipes, taps, or drainage must be arranged by the customer.
- ⚡ Cooker installation is not included and must be done by a qualified electrician.
- 📍 Installation service is available in Dar es Salaam region only.
🛠️ How can I get after-sales support?
The Hisense Service Center team is available Monday to Saturday during business hours.
🛒 Should I buy from resellers in Dar es Salaam or other regions?
We recommend buying directly from Hisense Showroom Tanzania to ensure your product is genuine and covered by an official Tanzania local warranty.
Many resellers mix official stock (with TZ warranty) with units they import themselves that may have no warranty.
Often the model numbers differ from the official Tanzania range and spare parts may not be available at our service center.
