1. How long will the delivery take ?

We try to process and deliver orders as quick as possible. For deliveries within Dar Es Salaam, it may take 1-3 business days.

 

2. How do I make the payment ?

For deliveries within Dar Es Salaam or in Tanzania, you can make the payment before the delivery using Mobile Money or Bank Transfer.

A. Unavailable Products

We offer a wide range of over 100 products, and as is common in online retail, orders are placed around the clock. Occasionally, there may be instances where a product you ordered is unavailable.

In such cases, our customer service team will reach out to you to suggest a similar item or provide a full refund.

 

5. How do I place my Order ?

To place your order, simply visit www.HisenseShowroom.co.tz and browse through the products you’d like to purchase. Select your desired items to get started!

 

A. Tracking your order:

You can track the delivery progress of your order by viewing your order history which you will receive via email when your order is dispatched from our Warehouse.

 

B. Cancelled orders

Hisense Showroom TZ reserves the right to cancel an order for which payment has been received. This may occur if the product stock is not available. 

Hisense Showroom TZ reserves the right to refuse delivery to places where it can cause harm to our staff and loss of property. Our customer care will get in touch with you as soon as it is determined that delivery cannot be made in a specific address.

  

6. Can I change my shipping address after I check out?

Yes, you can contact our customer service team to update your address details prior to dispatching your order.

 

7. I’m afraid I might buy counterfeit (fake) products ?

We assure you all our products are 100% genuine. If it is counterfeit and you can prove it, you get your money back.

 

8. Can I return or exchange my order if I change my mind?

We all change our minds from time to time. If you change your mind about a product after receiving it. You should know, we do not accept returns or exchange. You need to always confirm your decision before placing an order.

 

9. What about goods received are damaged ?

All products are thoroughly tested before delivery, and we provide a video showing their condition prior to shipping.

If your item is damaged upon arrival, please address this with the transporter, as they are liable for any damages.

Please note that most transporters in Tanzania do not offer guarantees.

If you’d like a guarantee for safe delivery, please contact us, and we can arrange services with reliable courier companies like DHL, EMS etc.

 

10: About your Receipt ?

For deliveries within Dar Es Salaam, we will provide you a receipt for all your orders. The delivery person will give you a Receipt plus Warranty Card if applicable.

Orders Outside Dar Es salaam, your Transporter will be given all the documentation (receipt plus warranty card).
