What is a FAQ?
A FAQ is a list of common questions and answers about a topic, product, or service. It helps you find quick answers without contacting support.
FAQs usually cover product details, ordering and payment, shipping and delivery, and returns or exchanges. If you cannot find what you need, please reach out to our team.
Do your products come with a Warranty?
Yes. All Hisense products purchased from our Official Showroom include a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty from the date of purchase.
A Warranty Card is included with every Purchase.
How long will delivery take?
Within Dar Es Salaam, most orders are delivered same day or within 1–3 business days depending on location and time of order. 
For other regions, orders are handed to your chosen transporter or courier within 1–2 business hours after full payment.

How do I make the payment?
You can pay before delivery by Mobile Money or Bank Transfer. In Dar Es Salaam, Pay on Delivery is available.

Offline (in person): Cash, Click & Collect, Mobile Money (Simu Pesa).

Online: Visa / Mastercard, Mobile Money (Simu Pesa).

Where do you ship and how much do you charge?
We deliver across Tanzania. Charges and options depend on your location and courier choice. Please see delivery information here.
I am not sure what I am looking for. Can you help me choose?

Are some products unavailable after I order?
Very rarely, a product may be unavailable. If this happens, we will contact you to suggest a similar item or process a full refund.
How do I place my order and track it?
Place your order at HisenseShowroom.co.tz. After dispatch, you will receive email updates.
You can track progress from your order email and account history.
Can an order be cancelled by the store?
Hisense Showroom TZ may cancel an order after payment if stock is unavailable or if delivery to a location is unsafe for our staff or property.
We will contact you if this occurs.
Can I change my shipping address after checkout?
Yes. Contact customer service to update your address before your order is dispatched.
How do I avoid counterfeit products?
Buy directly from Hisense Showroom Tanzania for 100% genuine products. If an item is proven counterfeit, you get your money back.
Can I return or exchange my order if I change my mind?
We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Please confirm your choice before ordering. For damage or defects, see the damage FAQs or review our Return & Exchange Policy.
My product arrived damaged (Outside Dar Es Salaam). What should I do?
All items are tested before dispatch and we share a video of the condition prior to shipping.
If your item arrives damaged, report it to the transporter at delivery and inform us right away so we can guide you.
For added protection, we can arrange reliable couriers like DHL or EMS at an extra cost.
My product arrived damaged (Within Dar Es Salaam). What should I do?
All items are tested before dispatch and we share a video of the condition.
If your product arrives damaged, do not sign the delivery note and contact us immediately for assistance.
Will I receive a receipt and warranty card?
Yes. In Dar Es Salaam, the delivery person will provide your receipt and warranty card if applicable. 
For other regions, your transporter receives the documents. A receipt is your right by law.
Do you offer discounts or special prices?
Prices are fixed to keep them fair for everyone.
As the Authorized Distributor, you get Genuine Products at affordable prices.
Do you run special offers or deals?
Yes. We post offers during Holidays and key dates such as Easter, Saba Saba, Nane Nane, Christmas, and Public Holidays.
Do you offer a pickup option?
Yes. Choose “Pick Up” at checkout to collect from our Dar Es Salaam Showroom during business hours.
Do products include extra accessories?
Standard accessories such as remotes and user manuals are included. Some items include complimentary extras like TV or fridge guards.

How can I get installation or after-sales support?
Our team is available Monday to Saturday during business hours. For service center support, visit: Hisense Service Center (Dar es Salaam).
Can I buy Hisense products from resellers in Dar Es Salaam or Other Regions?
We recommend buying directly from Hisense Showroom Tanzania to ensure your product has an official Tanzania Local Warranty. 
Many resellers mix our stock (which includes the TZ Warranty) with items they import themselves that may not carry any warranty. 
If you buy such items, you may be left without after-sales support.
Often the model numbers differ from the official Tanzania range and spare parts may not be available at our Service Center.
