Shipping Policy

We deliver fast and keep you updated at every step.

Dar es Salaam Delivery

  • Same-day delivery within Dar es Salaam.
  • Orders are typically fulfilled within 1–2 hours, depending on your location.

Outside Dar es Salaam

  • We dispatch to your selected courier or transporter within 1–2 hours of order confirmation (location dependent).
  • Final delivery time depends on the courier and destination.

Tip: Share your preferred transporter at checkout or on WhatsApp for faster processing.

Delivery Schedule

  • Operating days: Monday to Saturday
  • Closed: Sundays and public holidays
  • Orders placed on closed days are processed the next working day.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Damaged on Arrival

  • All products are tested before delivery. We record a video showing the condition before dispatch.
  • If your item arrives damaged, notify the transporter immediately upon delivery.
  • Most local transporters in Tanzania do not offer guarantees.
  • For guaranteed handling, we can arrange DHL or EMS at additional cost.
