🚨 All items are tested before dispatch, and we keep photo/video proof before delivery.

📍 Yes. Orders to other regions are handed over to the transporter/courier within 1-3 business hours after full payment (during Business Hours).

⏱️ Delivery time depends on your location (typically 3-5 days).

  • ✅ Basic installation for washing machines, dryers, and dishwashers is FREE when connecting to existing water and power points.
  • ⚠️ Plumbing work is not included. Any new pipes, taps, or drainage must be arranged by the customer.
  • ⚡ Cooker installation is not included and must be done by a qualified electrician.
  • 📍 Installation service is available in Dar Es Salaam region only.

🛒 Should I buy from Resellers in Dar Es Salaam or Other Regions?

🛒 We strongly recommend buying directly from Hisense Showroom Tanzania to ensure your product is genuine and covered by an official Tanzania local warranty.

Many resellers mix official stock (with TZ warranty) with units they import themselves that may have no warranty.

Spare parts for non-official models may not be available at our service center.
