Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes. All Hisense Products purchased from our Official Showroom include a Manufacturer’s Warranty of 1 Year from the Date of Purchase. A Warranty Card is included with every Purchase.
Can I return or exchange my order if I change my mind?
We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Please confirm your choice before placing an order.

What should I do if my product is damaged on Delivery?
All items are tested before dispatch, and we provide a video showing their condition prior to shipping.
If your item arrives damaged, please raise it immediately with the transporter upon delivery.
If you prefer guaranteed handling, we can arrange reliable couriers like DHL or EMS at an extra cost.
Do you deliver outside Dar Es Salaam?
Yes. Orders outside Dar Es Salaam are dispatched to your selected transporter or courier within 1–2 hours (business hours). Delivery time depends on your location. For Dar es Salaam, same-day delivery is available in most areas.

Can I pick up My Order?
Yes. Choose “Pick Up” at checkout to collect from our Dar Es Salaam showroom during business hours.
Do the products include Accessories?
Standard accessories (for example, remotes, user manuals) are included. Some items may include complementary extras such as TV guards or fridge guards—check each product description for what’s included.
