Our Team is available Monday to Saturday during Business Hours.
- โ Basic installation for washing machines, dryers, and dishwashers is FREE when connecting to existing water and power points.
- โ ๏ธ Plumbing work is not included. Any new pipes, taps, or drainage must be arranged by the customer.
- โก Cooker installation is not included and must be done by a qualified electrician.
- ๐ Installation service is available in Dar Es Salaam region only.

Many resellers mix official stock (with TZ warranty) with units they import themselves that may have no warranty.
Spare parts for non-official models may not be available at our service center.
